RACE A beautiful Course
A beautiful Course
The first wave of the 5K starts at 8:00AM. Run, walk, or stroll past a beautiful marina and through the SDFD Training Center before circling back to Spanish Landing Park East and on to the finish line. Celebrate your accomplishment by visiting the Fire Safety Expo, enjoying a FREE pancake breakfast and beer garden (21+).
Volunteering is fun
Pulling off a fun, flawless event requires the help of dozens of enthusiastic and hard-working volunteers. No experience is necessary and there are several exciting volunteer opportunities from which to choose. All volunteers receive an official race crew shirt, race goodie bag, community service hours, and the appreciation and adoration of our participants and first responders.
Volunteering is more fun with a friend so grab a few and sign up today to support the San Diego Fire Rescue 5K & Kids Run.
